MEET THE TEAM

 CO - OWNER 

Alina Rivera-Campo

As co-founder of MNGO Media, her mission is to help brands grow through inclusive and impactful digital storytelling that sparks real connection, long-term loyalty, and measurable results in a constantly evolving media landscape.

​

With academic training in Latin American Studies and Mass Communications, and a master’s in Digital Marketing, she crafts culturally grounded strategies that resonate with today’s diverse and digitally engaged audiences, especially Gen Z and Latinx communities.

​

Her experience spans government affairs, political campaigns, and community-based nonprofit initiatives. This background equips her with a unique blend of strategic insight and cultural fluency, which she brings to every project. She is widely recognized for her ability to authentically engage diverse communities and drive meaningful action across digital platforms.

 CO - OWNER 

Alejandra Rivera-Campo

With a background in Film and Political Science, she combines creative vision with strategic communication to develop narratives that stand out and connect with diverse audiences. This is complemented by her bilingual fluency, deep cultural sensitivity, and storytelling instinct, which enrich every campaign.

Her experience includes managing social media campaigns for nonprofits and government officials, as well as working with institutions such as the National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) and the Austin Film Festival (AFF). As a writer and author, her storytelling reflects and celebrates Latinx identity, offering culturally rich and emotionally resonant narratives. She is currently the published author of a children's book.

As a co-founder, she brings deep experience in digital campaigns, using diverse platforms to amplify voices, drive engagement, and build meaningful community connections.
